Formed in the damp summer of 2007, The Last Army play powerfully memorable rockandroll which veers from the contrite to the epic, always broken and with a dark pop edge. Musically, they are hard to pigeonhole and have eclectic influences - ranging from Lou Reed to The Clash to Serge Gainsbourg through to the Pixies and Sonic Youth.
